About the Event

Mindfulness practice is about paying attention to the present moment by focusing on breath, sound, body sensations and other focal points.

Over 4 sessions you will: 

  • Week 1  Oct. 18:  Connect with yourself in a body scan
  • Week 2  Oct. 25:  Centre & contemplate.  Find your inner strength.
  • Week 3  Nov. 1:    Enrich your life.  Connect to your 5 senses.
  • Week 4  Nov. 8:    Extend and expand compassion.
